Q. How was your professional experience with Dealers Choice Casinos? Were they easy to get in contact with? Easy to work with? Did they work with you in regards to coordinating logistics?
A. Yes they are very professional. Troy is always available and they organize the floor plan for me and the raffle tickets for prizes.
Q. How would you describe the quality of their casino equipment? Did everything look as promised?
A. Equipment is new and clean and what you would see in the real casinos. I have been to other peoples' events and the equipment was trashy with cheap plastic chips.
Q. Describe the day of process- how was Dealers Choice Casino's load in/load out process? Was it efficient and organized? Did they need a lot of supervision?
A. I have not had to do anything with them on the actual night events. They are very organized and they work with your event site to organize load in and out.
Q. How was Dealers Choice Casino's presence at the event? Were the employees friendly and inviting?
A. Dealers are friendly, dress nicely and do like to teach.
Q. Would you recommend Dealers Choice Casinos for another fundraising event/would you rehire them for another event?
A. Yes I have recommended them to many people and will continue to use them
